Big Chill’s 32,200sqm facility, located on a three-hectare lot, can hold up to 16,500 pallets of chilled and frozen food. The primary function of the facility is to store and distribute a mixture of imported and local frozen and chilled consumer goods throughout the Waikato region.
ACx’s role was to act as the project’s Independent Commissioning Agent and included documenting services and maintainability reviews, commissioning specifications / plans, interface testing methodology, building tuning plans and commissioning completion test reports.
