New commercial development consisting of 13 levels of commercial office spaces, retail units, 4 levels of basement car parking, end-of-trip facilities and conference facilities.
Designed to be 120% net carbon positive, WELL platinum rating, 5 star NABERSNZ and 6 Greenstar rating (highest available credentials from the Green Building Council, equating to world leadership in sustainable development).
ACx’s role was to act as the project’s Independent Commissioning Agent and included documenting services and maintainability reviews, commissioning specifications / plans, interface testing methodology, building tuning plans and commissioning completion test reports.
