Designed to be 120% net carbon positive, 6 Greenstar rating (highest available credentials from the Green Building Council, equating to world leadership in sustainable development), 5 star NABERSNZ and WELL platinum rating.
ACx’s role was to act as the project’s Independent Commissioning Agent and included documenting services and maintainability reviews, commissioning specifications / plans, interface testing methodology, building tuning plans and commissioning completion test reports.
